Rules and Regulations of the Room

*Rules*

1) Have fun and enjoy your stay.
2) Respect everyone in the room as well as the room itself.( In other words follow the golden rule and use common sense.)
3) Do not troll under any circumstance, this also includes feeding the trolls that are creating chaos or spam . ( If any trolling is happening in the room in my or one of the seven rulers absence, then please note us about the problem and we deal with them, along with providing  logs/snapshots the incidents if possible. In the meantime simply ignore the troll to avoid feeding it.)                                                                                                                  
4) On the topic about Grammar Nazis, if you don't like someones grammar or spelling just say politely: "I am having a trouble understanding what your posts/reply are saying, could you please use spell check or Microsoft Word and or explain to me what you meant here.” ( copy and past the part of the post you are confused on there)
5) Please do not bash on anyones sexual orientation, gender, beliefs, or other personal tastes . ( This goes back to Rule two and is one way to end up banned. )
6) No over excessive vulgar language, which means don't cuss too much or too often. This counts for regular talking and in rp posts. ( Though if you must swear make it once every 3 or 4 messages sent by you. )                        -
7) Please no Godmodding, this includes instant hitting of someones OC, inability to take any form of damage, instant dodging someones OC’s attack every time, or not being able to be killed in any way. This isn't fun for the other person in the rp and also takes away from the fun experience over all.  ( There are some exceptions to this rule, your OC can push someones OC back to pick a fight with them, step on someones OC’s toes as they walk by them by accident or on purpose, and/or verbally provoke them in or out of a fight)
8) No manipulation of someones OC without asking them first ( this is to keep it fair due to the fact some OC’s in this  room will have voodoo or some type of psychic powers that can take control of the other persons OC’s mind or body, but this rule does not apply to NPCs in the room or if the person is teleported elsewhere. So for instance, out of  nowhere a little girl could attack the other persons OC while the person controlling her sits from afar out of site or in the other case the persons OC will  be teleported back home by the spell of the other Chareator. )                      -
9) RPs with violence and gore are allowed.... but if it gets to be too much and starts to disturb others you may be asked to take it elsewhere. Please do not take it personally, also same goes for vore.
10) Romance in RPs is also allowed and encouraged, due to it showing character development and bonding between the two OCs, and it can add some cuteness to the room. But like Rule 9 states, if things begin to disturb other people due to it getting too "hot and heavy”,  yet again you may be asked to take it elsewhere ( Try to keep it PG-14 rating so kissing, light touching, and some sweet talking are fine.)                                                               -
11) Please do not bring any type drama into the room, this includes dragging drama that started in another room into this one and continuing drama that happened off of DA in this room.
12) Do to this being a very large group and usually very active we have a separate room for OOC talking and any conversations that do not pertain to group/main rp room, which is promptly called TheLandsOfFayOOC. We ask for all of our members to go in there to talk when not rping ( You can be in both rooms at the same time. Though if you can only be in a few rooms at once, please head to the OOC room and switch over to the main room when you want to rp. )

*Regulations* - These are the things that will get someone kicked or banned from the room.

1) Showing up to the room just to troll and spam it with hateful post or icons = a kick, but if the person comes back after being kicked and continues their actions, that will end up in a ban.
2) Not respecting the members of the room or the mods and admins = First a warning, then a kick if it happens again with in an hour after the warning after that if the person keep doing this after the kick this = muted for 3 hours to give time to cool off thou if this become an everyday thing then later a ban will be giving after the 4th muting
3) In the case of "Cyber Bulling "be it to one of our members or the mods First a warning will be giving  to stop said action, after that if bulling keeps occurring after the warning, the bully will get kicked and if need be banned for 24 hours, this will be done for the safe of our members an the room it self.                                                                    -
4) Linking to pornographic material/websites will give the person who posted it a kick and a ban on the spot. ( thou I person may ask if they can post a M-Rated Drawing, but if so they must do so in the ooc room and have a good reason to do it like such in the case if it is a reff for their oc and its the only one they have for them )
5) Using racial slurs or any other racist remarks against one of the member or mods will end up as a kick to the one that said them and like the 1st Regulation stated, if the person comes back and continues the same action they will be banned do to we do not take to raical and sexest  prejudice lightly in here.                                                     -
6)Please follow any requests/orders given by the Mods and Admins,Do it will be for the best interest of you and the room.though the only exceptions to this if they are asking you to go to a room that is not part of this group due to there modship does not carry over there.
7) At anytime if you superdAmn you can use the /ignore command on a member or random guest if you do not want to see what they are writing or avoided starting drama in the room. thou you can not use this command on any of the mods or admin in the room  
Now the side note:
-
Breaking of one or more of the 12 Rules will = First a warning ( Except for Rules 9 and 10 when someone is ask to go to another room. ) Then a kick. After 3 kicks the person is banned for 48 hours. Upon the 4th kick they are banned completely, but a vote can be held by the mod and member to see if  they should be un-banned. ( This vote only takes place if the banned person was a member of the room. ) If the ban is overturned, and the returning member is kicked again for breaking one of the rules, that will be their 5th kick, which will end for them banned for life.

*So to review:*

2 Warnings =  A Kick
3 Kick s= A 48 hours ban ( And the person will receive  a note/message telling them when they are banned and when they are unbanned so that they can return. )
4 Kicks = A banned title that can be lifted if the person was a member and it is taken to a vote to bring them back or not.
5 Kicks = Banned for life
